Our Standard Vertical Sidewall System consists of a foil-faced isocyanurate foam insulation laminated to a stucco embossed polyester  paint  finish aluminum outer sheathing.  These sheathings are available in a variety of colors both standard and custom.  Each standing seam panel is 24" wide by the height of the tank ( to 56') assuming shipping and site conditions allow.  The insulation panels are secured to the tank by an internal cable and clip system that is secured within the standing seam of each panel.  The number of cable/clip attachments will depend on the wind load requirements.  This attachment system installed without requiring welding or other "hot work" so the tank can be insulated while remaining in service.  This system also requires minimum continuing maintenance and is pre-engineered to meet your project's specific requirements.

We can incorporate a other insulation  materials ( polystyrene , either EPS or ExPS; fiberglass   [requires  additional  panel stiffening] , perlite, or foam glass) and sheathing materials  (aluminum, stainless steel, or  Galvalume) to supply the best insulation system for the application. We carefully calculate wind load requirements and pay close attention to closure details and top flashing.  Our exculsive distributors can suggest economic alternatives and aesthetic enchantments.  At Thermacon we strive to provide good details to produce superior , long lasting insulation systems.
